could be me then? - since my new next door scummy neigbours part moved in last week...ie, their dog/not them - i'm maxing 4 hours a night sleep due to hounds constant howling next to our conjoining wall plus.. the level of madness due to sleep deprivation, means i'm so out of it i'd buy anything at 5-7am in exhaustion

It's Sunday, it's early, it's the end of the month, I've spent all my money on Xmas presents already, I still have Xmas presents to buy.
