I'm getting a little concerned here about Jess. Anyone heard from her?

She was going to send me some concentrates she didn't want and I pm'd her a few days ago with an address for her to send them to and have heard nothing back. I'm not worried about the concentrates, just the fact that I've checked and she hasn't been online since 22 Nov. Just hoping she is ok.

This is quite spooky. I know you and I share the same spinal problems, but I have developed a painful left shoulder over the last few weeks too! What a pair we are.

Thanks Lainey. Mine isn't too bad, but worried about jess. Sounds nasty if she can't type.
