Bit off topic but i love doing the Turkey at Christmas, butter it under the skin, A MUST is cook upside down to let the juices run into the meat.....nothing worse than cooking it upright

Yuck I hate turkey,rib of beef or lamb for me Same here Karen. We have already ordered our rib of beef courtesy of Prince Charles' herd at Waitrose. Nobody in our family likes turkey or Christmas pudding. Dessert is different every year. Not sure what this time round as yet.
