As someone new to vaping, my best advice to you if you are new too is backup !!! If you try a mod and like it and think you will carry on using, then buy another mod(try another make) and a 2nd charger. I guess you will have at least 2 batteries, but 3 or 4 is better, one clearomiser is fine for now. Imagine you smoke your last ciggy late on sunday night, with no shops near you open ! A broken mod or charger is as bad as that, especially since most of us still haven't got local access to vaping shops and need to buy off internet. Another piece of advice, and just as important as above, is to ask and listen to the guys and gals on here, they have immense knowledge and always want to help us noobs remember to use forum search first,I do on most items but sometimes I still want to do my own thread as my query can be slightly different

Sage advice, just one thing to add, make sure you have enough juice. When I first started the 15mls I bought with my kit ran out very quick and I had to ask a new juice supplier to send out my order very quick, which they did. But I did buy 10 stinkies as I had no juice, I had only been vaping four days, and they were my last and tasted awful!

one clearomiser is fine for now. One of anything is never enough. If your one clearo/atty blows a coil or gets dropped and broken or or or... you're buggad. Have backups for everything and one day you'll be grateful for this advice

I'd say as well stick at it, many of side effects you may get are to do with quitting smoking, not starting vaping.
Drink lots of water at the start! Helps with dry/sore throat. Try to inhale less too as it helps at start. If your body ain't getting used to it after couple of weeks consider buying juice with less pg. If it ain't pg related then it will pass, I can inhale as I wish now with no sore throats.
Get a signature on the forum like mine, helps keep track of money you have saved on smoking, which may helps you feel better about buying good kit/juices as you would of spent the money anyhow.

I almost never ever buy most things in single quantities . . . the fear of running out is too strong. Hence why I have a house full of stuff.

A bit of advice for people starting mixing, make sure you have enough pre-made juice to last until your mixing routine is established. Whilst some own mixes may be ready to vape pretty quickly, others will need steeping and/or adjusting. This way you have enough to see you through, or to fall back on if it all goes to a bag of rats.

I bought two itaste vv and I'm trying to minimise my spend on vape gear now, but wondered when I might need to flex the credit card again.
