So I screw a Nova onto my Vamo, no puff, check resistance, says 'Lo'. Try another & another thing & they all say 'Lo'. OK, been here before, no biggy, know how to fix it thanks to an excellent post by dickyg, take the grommet thing off an old Nova head, fit it on to the Vamo pin, put it back together, fine.

Onto the Vamo I screw an Igo-L. I'm not a dripper, but I've been tasting a mix of cherry with a marzipan recommended by the excellent Perpetua - great vape once you've added enough bitter wizard to kill the saccharin after-taste - and now I can't put it down. I've got cotton wool in a nice neat micro-coil in the Igo-L and I'm vaping away happily at 10 watts or so, then get a nasty burnt taste. OK, no biggy, just pull the cotton wool through a little, cut off the burnt bit, turn down the watts, and off I go. Few draws later, nasty burnt taste. Never mind, do it all again, try again. And again. And again. I'm down to 5 watts when I run out of cotton wool. I think well, I'm not an experienced dripper, its a new mix, wash it out, dry burn, new length of cotton wool... nasty taste again. And again. The Vamo is down to 3 watts and won't go any lower before I think WTF???

Not ventured into the realms of micro coils . . . .

Glad I could have helped you. I've had to do so many changes now it's untrue. Can't help you with the micro coils, I'm still at recoiling basic heads!

Sorry, that was actually an obscure rant about the Vamo N01 option, which is just absolutely pointless, and when you get into it by mistake it just burns things.
