niki, sorry when I said out for delivery I meant arrived in your country and on its way through the mail system to you. When the tracking systems say out for local delivery it means your local country not local town. Its all very confusing, just have to be patient.

I think every package which status goes from "Order Shipment recorded" directly to "Local mail tracking" without "Order departed from sorting hub","Order received into final destination country" between are..... lost.... Other orders, with these "steps" in tracking are traceable 17track.net too. And in the local web sites too. Those who hasn't..... they are traceable only in directlinktrackedplus and the "Local mail tracking" sounds to me like "Go..... yourself". These parcels are not traceable on the local web site. And i'm pretty sure sweden post "wash their hands" with "Local mail tracking" phrase. Because the problem is in them post, not with mine. I had another order from China (FT), ordered the same day like from VB and it was in my hands on 12/23/13. And it was traceable! I think i paid for REGISTERED mail to VB... Whatever... My order is from 11/30/13. Waiting to Jan 10 and open a Paypal dispute. Enough is enough. Please excuse my awful english P.S. Today package is already "traceable" in 17track. Until yesterday the status in this site was "Unknown". Today is... "Local mail tracking", hahaha... And of course - local mail don't know nothing about And i never had problems with my local post. niki you are not alone, my order status is the same and we both waiting in BG

I have exactly the same problem as irjika. Something is really wrong with your shipments.. I ordered a Russian clone from VB at December 6th and it was despatched at December 12th. Next update at PostNord tracking page is from 24th December and it says that my package had been departed from a sorting hub. Last update at the tracking page is from January 3rd, "local mail tracking". But the problem is that the package hasn't arrived yet and there is no record of my package at our local postal service's database. It still gives me nothing. And the weirdest part is that two other guys from our "official" e-cig discussion forum have exactly the same problem! They both have ordered the same product almost at same day as me, but they haven't received their packages. Their PostNord tracking pages claim that the package is already in Finland, but our postal service hasn't received anything at all.
I hope that you really have some kind of soulution to this problem and please answer fast! I'm going to open a dispute at January 10th if nothing happens.

niki,this is track record of your parcel: 2014-01-03 19:55, Local mail tracking 2013-12-12 18:00, Order Shipment recorded It arrived your country ,and we found that the Sweden Post does not update after it arrives the deternination country,so you may have to wait a few days without update. But please do believe that it will arrive.many customer emailed us about the shipment of Sweden Post,but they all received their parcels finally. And we changed to German Post about one month ago,after we found the problems of the Sweden Post ,and feedback of it is good. Please believe us that we are trying to improve all the time. Hope you can receive it soon.

I still can't really understand why the package cannot be tracked in my local postal office's (Itella) site. They always record everything that they receive for delviery. If the package has arrived to Finland, like PostNord's page claims, Itella should have recorded the tracking ID already. I'm willing to wait till next week and if nothing happens, I'll have to open a dispute.

Today - 12/01/2014 the tracking number finally appear on my local post web site. I suppose the package will be on my hands after 2-3 days and i will close the dispute immediately. I want to be completely correct with Vaporbreak.

Same here I ordered a frosted kayfun lite and I received a Chi You, I have a case now open as , the customer service is non existent. I've had 2 reply's to my many e mails and have sent them pics and all the info they have requested. But I have had no response at all for the last 3 weeks, I have bought from them in the past and had no problems, but I have no faith in them now, my advice would be to avoid, if you need to buy from China stick to Fasttech
