I just dont 'get' their viewpoint, I take up vaping nicotine, immediate swap-over, no effort, angst or aggravation? If I so chose so I could now carefully lower my daily nicotine mix down until 0% #peiceofpiss So WHY the scaremongery?

I'm not actually planning to lower my nicotine levels any time soon...because - actually I LIKE nicotine, but if I so did want to be addiction free ....surely this is a wonderful easy relaxed stress free way to become FREE

My family dont have to suffer me freaking, fretting and wall climbing, so why cant vaping be an excellent resource, why aren't the NHS supporting every effort? why do I have to feel as victimised as I did as a 25a-day smoker, FFS! a diagnosis of leprocy would have been easier to deal with, surely?

hmm, suspect that vodka makes me aggressive !! but then you have to 'find your voice in my household  ' today I've had, 5 hours of my M-I-L AND visiting F-I-L in his dementia home....'an acquired taste (as she is is also...)   I managed 4 hours sleep MAX last night (probably fretting about forthcoming Xmas plans...my brain was WIRED!) 

Came home, late - russled up home cooked boiled ham, fresh carrots and cauli cheese, and prepped like a loon until everyone came in, also threw a wash-load in washing machine....youngest had mega meltdown because - somehow, whilst culling, decorating, removing furniture from 3 flights of stairs I seem to have accidentally...and inadvertently  thrown out her old school books/revision ....so I get to sidestep a 15year olds mental breakdown = and its ALL my fault #facepalm

Oh and 'dear husband commented' well I wouldn't have thrown her books out?>Q"?"  no he wouldn't have -- as he's permanently horizontal on sofa..and the merest sniff of hard work makes him 'come over all funny'

i reckon it may well take a march as in vapers stand together and be counted en masse, on downing street or wherever, for someone up high to take us seriously and listen without judgement or preconceived crap opinions

I think that GSK or someone designed and printed that, and probably sent someone round to put it up as well. And all the NHS had to do in return for the name check was say 'yes'.

I've been thinking about this whilst out on my travels.

The conclusion I have drawn is actually, these people are unconsciously EVIL.

If I was in a mind to quit smoking and consider e-cigs and read this, I would not buy an e-cig. What I would do is what many smokers do and say...."I definitely will quit smoking and when I do, I will use NRT". Then, it never happens. It becomes mañana, mañana.

We all know the story. Or, the NRT doesn't work.

They do not realise that by saying e-cigs are not a good idea, lots of smokers will continue to smoke... and get ill.

I wonder if the NHS has considered this. -
Most Vapers are only addicted to nicotine and the action of vaping (smoking).
I spent 3 days in the summer using patches (forced abstinence) ...it was as easy as falling off a log.

There is just a possibility that it is easier to give up "from" (a position of) Vaping than smoking using NRT, and Vaping could be seen as nearer to NRT than smoking, in which case

If you encourage people to vape, you might be getting them NEARER to quitting everything, totally.

It's possible.

Just a thought. ???
