Who is feeling Christmassy?

I'm not bah humbug at all, I love all the decs, trees & lights. Driving through town & country enjoying them all lit up & even have a little FO tree in the car.

The actual day doesn't bother me though, as with no little kids, there's not the Christmas morning excitement & lit up eyes.

Traitor? But, Karma, I've never said a bad word about Christmas.  

Do you like it? That's what I'll be looking like, if I actually become able'ish to do something to the tree!

sammy13 Christmas, like most things in life, is what you want it to be and what you make it ... you only get out of it what you put into it ... think of it as a miserable, materialistic time of the year and that is exactly what it will be for you. At the end of the day you will view it as you feel fit and I hope that the jolly cheeriness of the likes of myself and Super-Shiny doesn't annoy you too much.

Raffles ... you can't lead your life feeling guilty about being happy and joyeous when others are suffering ... your guilt is helping neither them nor you. All any of us can do in this short time we have is be the best person that we can be and help each other when we can ... you have nothing to feel guilty about by being the caring man that you obviously are so cheer up you miserable old git and enjoy your life!

Watching the kids eyes when they un-wrap a prezzie, priceless, their gleaming eyes not knowing what is inside and then seeing it...damm priceless

I don't mind christmas, just don't celebrate it not having kids and spent most years working it and new year.

I do object to it all starting some time in August though. . .
