ummm. Bit grim here, brand new morrisons supermarket ( and costa coffee, cinema and Travelodge hotel) almost underwater earlier today   Thats WAS the carpark.... Heres the loading bay >  and heres a shot of end of road ..  Looks like the 'regeneration of New Brighton' has just sunk   On a good note, I did realise and didnt dog walk in that direction ..  |

Am still checking on a few pals who live on prom, its a high bank and I think waters are receding  luckily I'm 2 roads up VERY high incline, will take some wave battering to reach me!!  |
