Well my guess is that this needs longer than 1-2 days no matter if it is 15% or 20% as everyday more i leave it to steep it's getting darker in color and sweeter in smell, so i ain't gonna try just yet, maybe try at around 3-4 days time. So sorry daveyboy37 just a little longer and Bluefish Tease-smiley I am sure Perpetua agrees, custard needs TLC and a little longer than 1-2 days

As we on the subject of custard, tried VC1 today and it's rather nice, quite sweet though: Should also be up on the recipe part of the forum soon.

I've been using it but not being the worlds biggest custard fan I find it better than most but not my fave. I mixed it with some Apple and now I've got Apple custard which is divine! I used 20% and left it to steep (briefly)

Mostly interested in how it compares to PVC to be honest.. going to making a fairly large T Juice order in a few weeks time after trying a few of their flavours.. the more info i can gather, the better!!

I've got the premixed colonel custard dan - I've not tried GVC but I would think it's not in the sam ball park. When I received it, it was quite a weak flavoured custard, quite uninteresting and clearly in need of steeping. Now, about a month later, it's much nicer - but very sweet and without much interest, it's not very creamy. The only thing I have to compare it with is Mrs Lord's custard cream, which is a much stronger flavour. It's nice, I'd guess it's easy to mix but it's not a gourmet juice. I bet it would go well with the t-juice Strawberri - I was going to try that this weekend Just my opinions of course - YMMV.

Made some strawberri @ 15% and it's quite acidic, would be lovely with the custard
