cleaning out a stong juice ????

hi

Any tips for cleaning the tank and getting rid of a strong juice say menthol??
i have been using just hot water and running the wicks under it.

maybe a little washing up liquid ??

just cant get rid of the flavours that are stong and get a hint or more with the next juice i use.

Menthol is really difficult to get rid of so best keeping a tank just for that.

Bicarbonate of Soda or Steradent, or any cheap denture cleaning tablet, soak overnight, rinse and leave to dry should get rid of most flavours

I've been using Milton lately and find that it gets rid of persistent flavours very well. I figure if it's ok for baby feeding stuff it'll be ok for vaping stuff, it doesn't leave any residual taste either. I bought a box of tablets from the supermarket for 99p!

If you`ve got any VODKA around, soak it in that for a few hours, then you can always drink the now flavoured vodka.


I wash out my atty`s at least 4 times a day with this method.

Not necessarily, though I have left them overnight, the instructions say 15 minutes I think. I usually leave it about an hour or so Vodka sounds good too but I'm not sure I could waste it!!

Ultrasonic cleaner in warm water, and vape though it, it may still smell of menthol but the taste with a new juice in it will over power it.

Yup, have a menthol atty to save the mither, or get an ultrasonic cleaner, they strip the residue of any flavour I've managed to throw at an them

Always vodka for me .. Just a cheapi bottle will do the trick 3 quid I pay

But hate to see alcohol wasted in any fashion :-)
3 quid bottle last me ages as don't change juice often .. Just have plenty if tanks instead problem solved :-))

I'm accidentally hammering a strange, but unusual mix of custard/marshmallow so easy to get confused refiling clearomiser... but its actually 'quite nice' <I'll cope! its nictotine and doesn't taste of bonfire so its delicious if odd combo!
