iclear 30 resistance

What is the difference or does it matter, i got replacement heads that are reading 1.8ohms. I am using the mpv and getting a burnt taste.

turn down the volts on the device to round about 4 volts?

Better still, change to variable watts, find the level that suits (start at about 7 and work up), and then you won't have to change the setting when you change between 1.8 and 2.4.

1.8 - 2.1 ohms is what it says on the website, does that mean the heads are in that range, sorry if im being stupid.

They do two different type ohms a ~1.8ohms and a ~2.1ohms

I agree with giles ... when I used the iclears, I set watts at 8.5 irrespective of atty resistance ...saves any faffing about changing voltage.

Definitely use the VW option if you have that, otherwise the voltage if it`s a spinner etc.

Reduced resistance will increase the current from the battery, which will in turn increase the power being used. It`s the power (watts) that decides how hard it works the coil
You might find as well that it performs better after a day in the device.

i find somtimes if i just use wattage it doesnt give me the vape i want were as if i use volts i can tweak to exactly how i want it to be just personal preference isnt it

I quite often would use various atties from about 1.2 ohms to 2.8 ohms, VW usually gets me very close to where I want to get with the vapor etc, without any adjustment necessary. Another plus is that if you are using a double coiled atty and one pops, the VW will adjust for it immediately. If you are on VV, there is a chance that it will pop and one coil is better than none  The amount of vapour you get is controlled by the wattage.

Same with me with the 1.8 heads burnt taste every so often I was at 7 watts gave it a couple of days it was still the same so put a 2.0 head in and all is good might be we don't agree with the 1.8 heads I also got mine from fasttech

I think you would know, probably be getting dryish burns because the coil is trying to suck up twice as much liquid, time to check the resistance, hasn`t happened to me yet

Waiting on a pack of 5 of those 1.8s, be interesting to see how they compare with the ones supplied with the atty (2.2 ish)
