Custard lovers- advice

Super-Shiny has a mean custard recipe in the mixing board. I'd mixed a small bit a few weeks ago to see what it was like and ended up mixing another 60ml today after trying it. A few quid on flavours (if you've already got the basics) and you'll have yummy custard coming out yer eyeballs.

Thank OneDay - I did try Rom's custard a while back but didn't steep if for lng (maybe a week)

I have mixed up another batch though so will give this a fair old thwacking in the UC and leave for a couple of weeks.

Yeah...definitely needs 4 weeks (or more?). I'd been drip testing at week one, two and three just so I'd know the difference in steeped or not and it makes a mahoooosive difference.

Both king custard and monkey jizz are both great juices, they are in my top 5.

As you were offloading some Red Astaire recently we may have similiar tastebuds so could be good news for me then - don't know if I'll have the patience to steep it for a month !

Kings is the one I have got, the card he sends with it says leave it to steep for 7 days, so I guess that is a minimum then take it from there.

I got exactly the same two.

Not directly comparable, I know, but I have some very well steeped GVC in a genny, and a Rhubarb & Custard mix (combined pre-made juices, not really my own recipe) in a Protank. I definitely prefer the genny. Couldn't comment on plastic, I've more or less phased it out.

I recently tried Mrs B's VC from ECW as I won it at Vapefest and was pleasantly surprised at how vapeable it was.


Just shows how subjective taste is remnant as I didn't get on with dessert/custardy flavours on mesh, stripped the flavour right out for me.

I only steep them for a week or so and then they are fine. The monkey Jizz is just amazing.

I'm a self confessed custard lover and it all started with a bottle of GVC..

Vaped it solid for 3 months and loved it. I then started mixing PVC to save a bit of money and haven't looked back!!

Well, not until I mistimed my mixing sessions and ran out!!

Currently have 50mls I mixed on 19/11 and another 100mls I mixed two nights ago.. having to survive on other mixes until the magic 5 weeks of steeping has passed.. this is worse than waiting on vape mail!!!

Yep. I'm thinking along those lines. Just need to choose another couple for my normal "try 3" keep 1 or 2
