I have just checked those links Perpetua ... any idea why they state this: Do not fill the cartomizer itself, only the tank!

I always fully prime a carto using the condom method before fitting it to a tank after I have punched the holes .... I would use the longer condom which covers the holes and never have any problem with leaking .... I like to make sure that the carto is fully saturated by leaving the carto in the condom for about 15 minutes before fitting it into the tank.

Just to be different, as is my nature . . . unlike you and River, I don't ever prime a carto before using it in a tank Freefrom. Just leave it to sit ( tanked ) in the eliquid for about 30mins before I use it. As long as it is short most likely.

Similar to Perpetua, I never used to prime cartos, used to fill the tank & give it a few dry pulls to suck some juice into the carto then it's pretty much good to go.

Talking of all this. Does anybody know a good vendor for 45mm pre-punched?
My 3rd plastic 35mm tank is on it's way out. I'm going to be left with 3 x 45mm only on my AGR+.
