shiny, I have checked out the vids and one thing is bothering me, I cannot see where the on/off button is, in the middle or at the bottom?
If it is at the bottom 1) I cannot see it....2) I don't want one, I can't do with those bottom buttons, my hands are too small.

It's a bottom firing button Phoenix . but a very good one.

The whole of the base is a button, in 18350 mode its one of the smallest mods
you can get at only 61mm long (just over 2 inches in old money)
its a real sweet tiny thing.

I'm vaping on one a Nemesis Kafalan as I type this. I have upgraded the switch with magnets, changing the springs that come with it, this makes the bottom firing button even smoother than it was before. I tend to use it in 18350 mode with a KayFun Lite as it fits perfectly in the hand. Next upgrade for it will be the base for the KayFun that converts the Nemesis to a hybrid, (even smaller).

The hybrid adapters are available from here, although they do not have any in stock at present.

The 69 mod from the same manufacturer (Atmomixani) has quite a soft side button which you can change from the bottom of the mod to the top if you wish. It has silver plated contacts like the Nemesis and also hits hard. It is a telescopic mod and will take 18350 to 18650 size batteries.

Might be worth having a look if you want a Nemesis-like performance in a mechanical mod with a button that would suit small hands.. An accessory tube is available if you want to use a Kick with 18650 batteries.
