My GP even says have a few rollies compared to the other options (self harm)...I did that 10 days ago. I had 5 rollies (two of which made me throw up). Bunged my nic level upto 10mg......didn't self harm. Sorted  In the past I've been known to smoke for a week when psychotic....it really is no big deal for me. As far as I'm concerned I'm a vaper. You soon realise after a week how much the stinkies cost and that puts you off So if smoking was the lesser of evils am right behind you RoscopecotrainReally there's worse things you can do and as others have said...was just a blip |
