Thanks everybody. So glad your all here. Def back to vaping. 3 ciggies was all so not too bad. Feel disgusted with myself but onwards and upwards peeps. Thank you again. Ross. Sent from my Galaxy Note 2 Don't beat yourself up! Most of us are chuffing away ourselves on nic filled devices, you get fancied a different delivery system. I tend to think you did the right thing and got the 'having a cig' out of your system. At least now it's done and no more of the shall I, shan't I mental torture that in itself is torture and can feel stressy in itself.

Rosco You obviously have enough to deal with so don't feel bad, remember it's the cigarettes you don't have that's important. The advice about 36ml did break the camel's toe back for me when I started, the only thing is I still use it that strong but I use it far less often. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas Screw the new year, we're all doomed

Stress ... this time of year will send levels through the roof, i myself have had a few rollies over the last few days, feel terrible about it but realise a 35 year old habit can be a hard task master, especially if you are having a rough patch.
dont beat ya sen up, im not, i know once xmas is over the stinkies will bite the dust, but if it is helping a bad situation at the time .. well ...

I wouldn't worry about it Ros or indeed anyone else, if having a few ciggies during stressful periods of your life helps you cope with them. So what I say.

Seems you have come out the other side of it knowing that you maybe shouldn't have done. I can see you are regretting doing it and you probably won't do it again.
So all is good. :-)

Ross every vape is one cigarette you haven't had. It never was a race to totally stop smoking. There is probably something missing from your vape, same old taste, throat hit not strong enough or something. Definitely do not apologise for smoking, we have all done it, just experiment and find what's missing. I very often feel like a cigarette but after a triple bypass my wife would kill me before the cigarettes could.

Sorry you are going through a stressful time. Don't beat yourself up over a little slip but try to find someone you can talk to about what is happening in your life. Ultimately don't forget what everyone says, it's the ones you don't have that count. Glad to hear you are back to vaping now and I hope things sort themselves out for you very quickly.

Roscope... I think you need to stand in the corner and just think about what you've done Nah, **** it, I haven't had The Big Lapse yet and really hope it doesn't happen but 3 cigs compared to what you've achieved is absolutely nothing mate. Might I suggest though not only a high nic emergency vape but something that's tobacco flavoured? I think it's easy to get really bored of all the sweets and desserts etc. To me it makes me feel like I'm not smoking (yeah I now how weird that sounds). Tobacco flavours, much maligned but a really good fake backup to cigs just IMHO. Either way, don't sweat it matey

Rosco I'm so glad it was only a blip. I'm not going to you up about it as I have not gone though any stress point as yet, so don't know how I would react. But you've got a lot of love coming at you from the guys (and gals) on this forum. People that are just wanting you to pick yourself up and dust yourself down, then get back on that horse that is non-smoking. The advice about getting a standby of STRONG tobacco juice is a good one. We want our Roscopecotrain back

Morning everybody, First of all thank you all for yesterday. It was most def a blip. I wont go into detail as it is not my place but it is Franki that is going through this, i am just the support and thought i could do that but yesterday seemed to super hard. I have no idea why it was hard but it was. Today is a new day, back to vaping, get Franki through the day and hopefully down to her Mum's before i go back to work for 2 days. Again thank you all for being there last night. I really appreciate it. First thing i am doing this morning is making 10ml of 36mg Blackjack and Absinthe. Ross.

Hey Roscopecotrain don't beat yourself up, you slipped, you feel pissed off for doing it, which is good as it shows that you know it was only a blip. Difficult times, keep strong and I hope it all works out for you (and Franki)

Ross and Franki, I hope everything works out for you two good guys ... hold on to each other through the bad times ... you get out of this life what you put into it and you two have a huge heap of good-guy credit built up ... I just know that you will get it back in spades before too long ... thinking of you both

That's the right attitude Roscopecotrain, another day another challenge. You realise it was a blip, we all have them, just vape on and keep on supporting the lovely Franki and in a few days you can be sure it will just seem a little bump in history. Hoping you both have a peaceful Christmas and a prosperous New Year. AndyB

All I can say is think of all the ciggies you would have smoked during this stressful time if you weren't a vaper, to put the 3 you had into perspective. I hope things improve for you both, my thoughts are with you xxx
