Am glad you feel back on track. I had one puff the other day too so know how you feel. I couldn't have finished the whole thing (tasted like kitchen cleaner smells) but just needed to put one in my mouth and try, stress can sometimes do that can't it? Like I say so glad you're back on track and hope you have a stress free Christmas (well as stress free as Christmas can be!...lol)

I don't know whats going on in your personal life, hope stuff is sorting itself out, but smoking is not the answer.

I think everyone should have a strong cigar flavoured juice in a spare clearo for times like these, sure you can vape your cakes and sweets all day but for that time when you don't feel like apple pie, custard, coconut, redbull menthol flavoured juice a nice strong cigar flavour will bring you back on track. Make sure its 36mg so you feel nic sick as well then you won't even want to vape let along smoke for at least an hour.

Sorry to hear you are troubled hopefully the cigs were just a blip ! Been tempted my self the last few weeks so can relate to thinking they can help but at the end of the day the stress and worries are still there and then the guilt of smoking on top ! ... And think of the cost of all that lovely shiny stuff !! Be a shame to start smoking again .... Plus my OH would kill me be strong and try to have a decent Xmas x
