Will it matter that I'm not diluting my VG? any negatives I should know about?
I've been mixing at 60:40 and just been pouring little vg into a cup and sucking up with syringe without a needle and its slow but doable.
mixes seem ok, only done red astaire so far, just give them a big shake!

What do you mean by diluting your VG?
I have been using vendor bought VG without diluting it. BUT, I have just bough some Boots gear, and just diluted it with 20% Vodka. Aint used it yet though.

Is this the boots VG? That's thicker and some people dilute it with distilled water or vodka, I suspect that's the one you're on about?

There's no law that says you have to boyofford . . . at that PG percentage there's probably not the need to anyway. I dilute my VG as I use a VG base, otherwise I'd probably need a knife and fork to vape my brews if I didn't. Overall though it does make VG easier to handle if it's a little more runny, maybe try diluting on your next mixing session and see what you think. What do you mean by diluting your VG? Vendor bought VG tends to be pre-diluted anyway xs2man and known as AG - Aqueous Glycerin. If you're using a PG base then a 10-15% Vodka dilution ought to be fine, by the time you've added PG based flavourings. In practice, I just slosh some Vodka in my Boots VG bottle until it looks less gloopy.

I don't dilute my boots VG for some mixes with a high PG content, for everything else i add 10% vodka.

enjay its not boots vg, bought from classicool.com. Definetly gloopy stuff, can't use needle with it as it pretty much refuses to be sucked up, but fine without needle. In fact the stuff looks pretty horrible, like its been collected by milking slugs @johanino, yeah 60:40 PG:VG, if your using boots which sounds similar then I should be fine then, its been ok so far to be fair (I've probably vaped 20-25ml of homebrew) Perpetua, no harm giving it a go I suppose, maybe next time Asked because thought might be missing something, remember reading somewhere that high vg can wreck coils for instance. My mixes ain't been gloopy once left for couple of hours anyhow.

Hi boyoffordI dilute my vg, but only to make it easier to deal with. I decant 90ml to a 100ml bottle and top off with 10ml vodka. I can then suck it up with a needle with no problem :-)

Never dilute my VG either. It gets diluted in the mix. With the PG - PG/NIC and Flavouring.
Get mine from ebay and it is gloopy stuff.
Gives a true PG/VG Ratio (no that it matter too much)

Ha ha, I did it the other way lairey, I put the Vodka in the 100ml bottle first as it's easier with the syringe, then just poured the VG in.

If I possibly can, yes Chris. It's quite an accurate means of measurement. remember reading somewhere that high vg can wreck coils for instance. A high sweetener percentage certainly will, but not a high VG content boyofford . . . my mixes are all VG, except for the flavourings. No issues with coil wreckage here.
