hi,
my iclear30 is leaking.
its fine if i only 1/4 fill it but any more and it leaks.
The liquid appears to be coming out the bottom, so its not that iam filling it to a level where there is a hole or anything ?
I have taken apart and checked and everything appears to look ok.
help

I don't know why but every Iclear that I have had has leaked too . No matter what I do . But I think it's a common issue with these .

My first iclear16 started leaking a bit but I read on here that screwing the drip tip on too tightly can result in unscrewing the centre post when taking it off again, since I've been careful with that I've had no problems

Only got the one iclear30 and have had zero leaking problems.
I've also got several iclear16's and they all weep a tiny bit, but maybe it's condensation running down the air tube onto the 510 connector. A cotton bud cleans up just fine.

have to say... I'm an iclear convert, so between my 10 iclear16s and my pair of iclear30s I've never had a moments issue in the 6 weeks I have used? I do take some care to wipe and mop up and eliquid on top of plastic top and pour in carefully, also I regularly cotton bud around threads - the only occasional gurgling is when I've slopped e-liquid on top of the plastic stopper at top. I also shove cotton bud down the mouth piece, now and then, to soak up condensation. They run like a dream and I do zero maintenance. As for cleaning? nope - just swill out juice if I fancy a change and just crack on into something new,....none of this drying, cleaning dry burning happening here I get absolutely yonks out of my heads..... OK I do tend to rota a few on the go? but still - I'm talking<<into a month+>> more than weeks when I have 3 iclear16s on the go. I recommend them to everyone

I believe they are 7mm OD x 5mm ID x 1mm section according to LINKYYou'll probably spend more replacing the o ring than the price of a new iclear30. If it's any help I believe the little o ring round the swivel drip tip is the same size.

I have been a long time convert to iClears. Oddly enough I have also always had an intermittent leaking problems with the 30 (especially if filled to the full 3ml) and need to wipe the battery contact occasionally. It's never been bad enough to put me off them though. Meanwhile the 16 and the 30S never ever leak on me. While we are on the subject of Iclears. Is it just me or is the 30 a much tighter draw than the 30S? I actually like the tighter draw which is why I'm not truly feeling the same love for the 30S. (Though it won't stop me ordering more.)
