Ok as I kid I don't recall liking butterscotch sweets much and don't recall having tried them since or indeed how they tasted. (Well it was probably 40 years ago) However when I was last at my girlfriends she made her little girl some butterscotch angel delight and I had a taste and loved it. (sad I know) So the possibilities are... My tastes have changed OR butterscotch angel delight tastes nothing like butterscotch. If only we had a resident butterscotch expert on the forum... Though knowing my luck even if we did have, they would probably be far to cultured to have ever tasted angel delight.

In the next exciting instalment... If Sarsaparilla tastes like.... well Sarsaparilla and root beer is made from the Sarsaparilla plant, then why does root beer taste like Germoline. Mmmm... Germoline e-juice.

In the next exciting instalment... If Sarsaparilla tastes like.... well Sarsaparilla and root beer is made from the Sarsaparilla plant, then why does root beer taste like Germoline. Mmmm... Germoline e-juice. Wild sarsaparilla or to give it it's correct name - Aralia nudicaulis, is a plant that grows wild in wooded areas in many eastern states of North America. The roots are the part of the plant most used.
The strain they use for Root Beer is special, it is more robust and a lot stronger than the normal strain, it grows a lot deeper and has many more roots, it is often protected by Unicorns that have become addicted to "fizzy sarsaparilla" as the first stage of the recovery program recommended by SA (Sarsaparillas Anonymous). This.... as I am sure you can appreciate, makes it notoriously difficult to harvest....
The labourers used to harvest the root have to pull it up by hand, this maintains the root system in one piece and maximises profit.
However, they obtain may abrasions and lacerations from this harvesting process (and also from the overzealous and protective Unicorns), they have to resort to the use Germoline to protect and disinfect the above mentioned cuts.
And, as you know.... you can never get rid of the smell or taste once it is on something !
Simples !

Omg that just made me I love the taste of Root Beer and am yet still to forgive McDonalds for no longer selling it. I am however very grateful that they had Germolene available to treat the lacerations. I couldn't possibly imagine it tasting as wonderful had they only had TCP available.

I love Butterscotch sweeties, the old fashioned hard candy type, haven't had them for years - like Angel Delight. Cup Cake World do a lovely Butterscotch, ever so weak however, so I mix it at 35% and add 5% TPA Original Caramel for a bit of depth Davey. Just to go back to this Perpetua. Would you recommend the above to your Butterscotch Bliss recipe?, with regards to my search for the Angel Delight taste?

Yes and no daveyboy37 . . . it really is although yummy, ever so weak so to get any real butterscotch flavour you need to use loads of it. ( Well I do anyway. ) So I don't know by the time you've got the other flavours in the Butterscotch Bliss, whether you'd actually get the flavour. It's worth a try with a small 5ml sample though, it could be delicious. Sorry to not be more definite. The most yummy Butterscotch flavour on the planet, is I reckon Kev's at Freedom Vape, but I've never been able to track down the exact flavouring he uses, despite buying a number to try. CCW's is about the nearest, if it wasn't so weak.

I have 2 ltrs of Butterscotch Flavour that is absolutely stunning, but I won't sell it as it has very small traces Diacetyl in it.
I missed it on the MSDS when I purchased it.... Passed all the food specs and probably safe to Vape anyway, but.... hey ho. I will say, it is bloody lovely in porridge!

It kind of swung it because it seems he does a Root Beer too
