Ben on Birmingham vapers facebook page talked me into posting my rather boring setup, since I've took a pic I thought I'd post here too Have had more batterys and clearos but have either broke or given to friends/family to get them started. Basic newbie stuff, vision spinner, MVP2, Protank 1 minis and iclear16s. Clearos with liquid in contain my red astaire mix, rest are mixed premade from joosejuice... apple/key lime & menthol, blackcurrent n menthol and one containing god only knows what(should wash out!). Edit: the boxed protank mini starter kit is actually for mother inlaw

If that's average boyofford then I'm in your club. An MVP, couple of Spinners and various clearos has seen me through with very few problems.

You've been a member Raffles for year and half and not gone the shiny route? well done! I've been tempted but by 'shiny' rebuildable stuff but don't like the shiny mods.

You've been a member Raffles for year and half and not gone the shiny route? well done! I've been tempted but by 'shiny' rebuildable stuff but don't like the shiny mods. I was gobsmacked from Day 1 when I tried my starter kit, with a couple of 650mAh batteries. Upgraded to the Spinners when they came out, and thought very hard about the MVP but the battery life swung it, although I only tend to use it when I know I'm not going to be near a charging point. Biggest problem was finding the right juice for me. Bought a mixing kit and about two dozen concentrates to mix my own about 6 months ago... have mixed up 10ml since then and still got 5ml left! So, no, not tempted at all. To me, if it works, that's all I ask.

Battery life was main reason got MVP2 for me too, was getting through full charge of 1300mah spinner and sometimes full charge of 650mah battery in a day but the MVP2 seems to last upto two days! Spinner has rolled off table at work to many times and doesn't 'spin' as easily as it did so its days are numbered! At least MVP2 cant roll!
My main problem with the shiny stuff is it all seems to big and flashy.

Raffles and boyofford Your gear looks excellent! spares, and spares and good solid recommended gear. Works well for you both, thats the major thing! I have 2 bits of shiney, VTR and a mini Cube, both wont leave the house and I don't polish them.... they are grubby, fingerprint covered and lovingly used, because the batteries last yonks so cant wear out my mechanical mods easily and I used iclear30's and protanks on them for large capacity of tank The rest of the time (when out) its spinners, itaste vv's and iclear 16's and mini protank all the way! anything larger would look daft!

It may be 'average' kit, but if it keeps you off stinkies then it's doing an 'above average' job IMO.

What is going on? Somebody has "crashed" my house, lined up all my vaping gear....and taken photos.... The only give away is the Spinner is the wrong colour.

Yes, I'm inclining toward the MVP2. I like that I would'nt have to get batteries and charger as extras. And I've only heard good things about the MVP2. Did'nt think I'd care for the boxy look at first, but its sorta growing on me.

Charged my phone on train with it today, not fully just a bit to look on web whilst bored. Didn't think I'd use it for that but handy to have. Put mates protank on it today to see how it looked and it didn't read any ohms/wouldn't fire, some fixes on here if that becomes problem for you though bud, down to over tightening a iclear16 I suspect in my case.

Did that with one of my Evod batteries screwing my protank mini on tight. A couple of minutes with a tiny screwdriver lifting the terminal soon sorted it
