I've just started vaping on my second one of these and they are a more satisfying vape than the XL clearos I've been using. I've been sticking with the clearos because they are easy to fill and last 4 days upwards, but have had my share of leaking and cracking. The problem with the DC carto is that the white stuffing soon develops a brown patch which spreads throughout within a day or two Does anyone else use these? Can they be cleaned? They'll work out very expensive, needing to be changed virtually every day. scylla

Scylla it looks like the filler is burnt, I use the clear DC's and have not had this problem. Are you keeping the DC topped up?

Scylla,
My DCs got brown spots to. Either put in a dark nic juice to hide it, rinse the clearo under the tap or ignore.

Mine have the dark spots as well Scylla, I just go for Clutty's ' ignore 'option.

I've cleaned some of these, you can blast the brown out with a syringe of water

I just use the stainless steel version - can't see any brown patches with them
