Thanks, I never thought to try e-bay for some reason. Guess I just thought I'd find them in a local hardware store or somewhere like that.

You absorb nicotine differently when vaping so need more or stronger depends on you really. Mixing is really really easy I make all my own now and I think it works out about £3 per week but I seem to find plenty of other things to spend my money on. I was smoking more than 20 a day so that was about £7 or £8 per day. For mixing you don't need all the things in a kit I just use syringes 1,2,5 & 10ml a blunt needle for the flavouring don't bother with anything else. Though 1st time maybe some nitrite gloves I don't bother. Then you have the fun of finding what you like flavour wise. Oh forgot you need bottles and nic base pg and vg. Good luck

I seem to be getting through about 3ml/day at the moment, which at 6mg/ml is three times the nicotine I was getting from 10/day 0.6mg cigarettes. I was only expecting to use about 1ml/day, so at around £5/10ml, which seems about average for e-liquid, is about £1.50/day. Still a lot less than £4.60/day for cigarettes but I think I'll be looking at mixing my own sooner rather than later to reduce the costs even more. 3ml is medium/average doveman, the vast majority of vapers vape more than they smoked to feel nicotine satisfied, our bods process the nicotine a little differently that's why. But DIY is the way to go, once you're set up with supplies, if you want to cut costs further . . . anything from 90p - £1.50 30ml costs me and the huge advantage of being able to use flavours at a strength that suit my tastes. Yeah, makes sense. I did think about getting higher nicotine e-liquids but I think it's more using the thing that I find comforting, so I'd probably use it just as much I'll read some of the threads about DIY once I've got time to learn about it, as I'm extremely bogged down with other stuff at the moment.

It's about the hand to mouth habit for me very much as well Doveman, though I do use a higher strength for work where there aren't the opportunties to vape. But I don't enjoy work vapes anywhere near as much. Plenty of DIY info and help when you're ready.
