Last night i was mucking about loading a disc in my PS3 and i knocked my vape box,a few moments later i heard a "hissing" sound.I put it down to an old aerosol can,but something niggled my mind,so i opened the box to a rather nasty smell,i located it to a small mod battery that was in the process of melting its plastic covering!it was smartly removed and vape box checked, some how it must have shorted out on a couple of mod rolling about int he bottom. So PLEASE keep your mod batteries carefully,it could have happened when i wasnt at home!

And click batteries off when not in use for any length of time I never click mine off ( just to save the button life ), BUT, I have used the same mod every day for the last 11 months.

Always store spare batteries in battery boxes, there only about £1.50 each so no excuse not to really

Sorry, I included spinners and the like cos I charge up and chuck them in a box until needed. Where they lie together, can press the fire button. Hence me saying click them off before storage

That way they would be stored apart and vertical I just have an old piece of a log lol with 2 holes drilled into it for my mods lol

I'm not going to ask what a battery box is. Nope. No chance. I'll just make one, even though I don't know what it is.

Nice one, thanks for the info.
