It's been cloudy here. Dark clouds too. I even left my car out in hopes the rain would rinse some of the dust off. It sprinkled and made the car look worse. |

My Scottish birds have left, one's just your side of Plymouth, Chrissie, near St Germans, been there over a week having a lovely time in the estuary. But there's another Scottish nest further north, the chick from there is called Ozwold and he migrated all the way round in an oval shape, from the north-east of Scotland down to Mull and then back to where he started At the mo he's in Angus - could be very nasty  Some school children entered a competition to name him - hence the strange spelling, I presume  scylla |

When they say "Hurricane Katia will hit Northern England and Scotland...", they clearly forgot from "A" - Level Geography that Northern Ireland is in the way...!!!
Seriously severe winds and torrential rain last night and this morning, couple of trees down and a few roof tiles off our new bungalow (which we haven't even moved into yet!) - parts of the garden are flooded and the thought of going into work with the storms like this is...blaaaargh!!!
