I read that as AAEC's minimum age is 18, but Proboard's minimum is 13? I guess it is like all things internet, such a lot has to be taken on trust....

This forum like all forums will be monitored by people outside of the forum membership. If at any time it is felt that posts are becoming unacceptable, they will close it down. That's why the moderators are there, to stop things getting out of hand.

Sal is right. As we are discussing e-cigs that should only be sold to those 18 above, AAE-C is for use only by persons over the age of 18.

However, Poroboards (the forum's host) TOS has a minimum age of 13.

And Fockskey is also right. Only a month or so ago, Proboards abuse team threatened to close the forum down unless I removed some photos that they classified as being of adult nature.
