Just read somewhere that the MVP2 will see and fire down to 1.3ohms. If it does then is it ok to use with dual coils? I rewicked an aspire head down to 1.3ohms and my MVP fired it with no issue.

I want to see this for real on Saturday. When I turn up late, and the cameras have all left, and tumble-weed is knocking about the place generally, I expect to see Vape signals on the horizon somewhere. Just had it confirmed 100%, I cannot get there in time for the demo. Shame you can't join in! With all those vapers stood in one place it will be some intense clouds, at least we will catch peoples attention!!

The MVP2 has an Ohm's checker, so you can check what the resistance is

Dual coils halfs the resistance of the overall coil. so if you put in two 1.6ohm coils for example you'd get 0.8ohms overall.

The MVP2 has an Ohm's checker, so you can check what the resistance is But only if its 1.3 ohms or over though, I get that two coils basically divide the ohms so two x 2.6ohm coils = 1.3ohm overall, but is it as safe to use as one 1.3ohm coil? i.e. same discharge rate from battery? Really surprised how slow I'm being with this stuff!

No it'll check it whatever the ohms, it just won't fire it. And yeah you got it right about the resistance thing It's a lot to take it all at once, it took me a few months to understand it all.

Ah, thats cool. Surprised how much there is to be learn't about vaping as a whole, clearos, mixing, VV, VW, RBAs, Mods etc etc etc lol What started as a cheaper and healthier alternative to smoking is quickly turning into a hobby!

I'd look at it as healthier, its by no means cheaper, least not in my case. i have a fair amount of expensive gear at present.

Looks like a nice combo - good choice on the atty, I have the v1 and the v2 does look much better. I use .45mm for single micro coils By the way that's absolutely pointless. .45mm has to much heat up time to be viable. what ohms do you wrap to and what diameter?

I've stayed away from mods until know so still saved a 'bit' and started mixing which has really cheapened stuff. I've got enough stuff to vape for months, problem is I still find myself wanting more stuff lol.

Fortunately, I like it and couldn't care less what you think you know.
