I suffered with an itchy scalp for a couple of weeks about 2 months ago, after over a year of vaping. It passed, but was a bugger whilst it persisted. I haven't changed my mix, and all has cleared up now. Various people have commented on my skin tone and how well I look, I tend to agree with Super-Shiny that it could be the body detoxing - it does take time, especially as I had been smoking for over 30 years  |

Way late to this chat and not entirely related, but a good trick for getting rid of spots is to dab a bit of tooth paste (the white stuff...NOT GEL!) on spots before you go to bed. Wash off and moisturise in the morning because the toothpaste dries out the skin big time. Rinse, repeat for a few nights/mornings and you'll find they go away super quick. It's an old trick models have been using with years and definitely works.

Told my daughter that a few weeks ago and it's cleared them up  sometimes the old remedies work better than all the expensive lotions and potions my friends are still spotty though ! I sometimes get spots when I am waiting for something to be delivered, so what I do is label my spots as a tracking tool. spot 1 is fasttech, spot 2 is Singapore, spot 3 arrived in GB and spot 4 delivered and then draw a line to each one during transportation, It acts as a reminder so I don't have to check the tracking site by the minutes. My spots go when the goods turn up and the labels just fall off..
