Cheers John - I'm camped out behind the letterbox waiting for postie this morning! Yeah, I'd worked the SkyCig carto refill out, just pop the white cap out the end and drip 'n rotate away. I didn't know they fitted the Riva though so that's handy in an emergency. But refilling 'em for the wife, one at a time as she wants means the 20 I've got should last for her AGES! I might be able to get my lad off the weed with refilling the skycigs too so my entire house could be a baccy smoke free zone in short order! Cheers all

Well, it's arrived! Got a slight prob with one of the batteries - like not working; but but I had a quick blast of a skycig carto on the other and was bloomin' amazed at the amount of vapour that ensued - Holy Moley Anyway, I put that battery on charge until the light went green then I tried a Riva ato and cartridge with a few drops of 28-30mg Cherry - real good nicotine hit but not keen on the taste - a bit 'medicinal' if ya know what I mean - the SkyCig Cherry Delight is gorgeous out of the Riva. Swapped out the ato and cartridge for the other ato included in the kit and then tried the Aniseed - different but still tastes a little like the docs or dentist! Is this because they're PG or is it just me being a plank?? ??? ??? Anyway, I put the batt back on charge - the lights just gone green again on the charger but the 'destructions' say leave it for 8 hours so I'm off to fill a couple of used SkyCig cartos and try them on the SkyCig batts to see if they taste the same. Have emailed vendor over t'other battery - just waiting for a reply now. But I've gotta get to understand about juice - has anyone here tried the Sky Cherry Delight and does anyone know what replicates it? Thanks all

You could also try adding a drop of honey or caramel to the cherry that you have

I don't think it would be the PG causing the medicinal taste, that's just kinda sweet (but not as sweet as VG) plus nothing else much ??? I don't use fruit flavours so I can't help either, Andy I wonder if the Arctic Cherry is a bit like Tunes? Not much good to you if you don't want menthol, but it sounds nice to me. Flavourings are available on their own from several sources but I have to start from scratch myself cos I ordered from the US last time. scylla

......but I had a quick blast of a skycig carto on the other and was bloomin' amazed at the amount of vapour that ensued - Holy Moley Heh, that was my reaction as well BTW, if you're refilling Sky cartos to use on the Riva, I'd advise that you screw them into the Riva to check for a good fit before filling them (I didn't lol). I've just discovered a couple of my Sky cartos don't have very well cut threads, and wouldn't fit without forcing. Which I wasn't gonna do! Seeing as I'd already filled them I was a bit pissed off , until I discovered that they do fit into my usb passthru, so I can still vape 'em. Which brings me on to a bit of kit I'd definitely advise you pick up, especially if you spend time in front of a pc. A usb passthru like this: www.cloud9vaping.co.uk/epages/yxve46fvrnud.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/yxve46fvrnud/Products/51059-S(Cloud9 Vaping is just where I got my kit, but I imagine pretty much every other vendor out there carries them as well. BTW, the Cloud9 RY4 flavour is just amazing, heh) I liked the Sky Cherry flavour too, but can't help you on finding an equivalent. There is a truly mind boggling array of flavours out there to try though, and my 'research' continues Later, John

I'd recommend a pass-thru too if you spend a lot of time sitting in one place - but if you are interested, hang on for info from recent buyers, as some have performance issues. Maybe we should have a thread on pass-thru models but I'm off for my nap now. scylla
