Hiya Everybody, New member here don't really know what to say this is the 1st forum I've ever registered with. I've been lurking in the background for the last couple of months since I started on my e-cig journey. After watching and reading loads of reviews on "mods" and "re-buildables" I'd really appreciate some advice on stepping up from my current ego setup. Thanks in advance Dunny

Welcome to aaec! I've just bought an mvp2 battery, and would thoroughly recommend it, great battery life and variable voltage and wattage. I use a vapeonly Dual bottom coil clearo, but don't think they are liked on here much because I don't think you can recoil them.

I think I would prefer a tubular mod

Welcome Dunny. Pull up a chair, make a cuppa and ask away. or just buy an MVP v2 or Vamo or Vision Spinner or SID or ... (oh yes, I see the problem....)

Cheap tubular mods are vamo & svd. I have both. You need something that will tell you the resistance of your atomiser, which they both do. The svd seems better made - will last longer without problems. But the menu system isn't as good. Get decent batteries Torchy is good. For rebuilding I'd go straight to cotton & microcoil. Microcoils are a little harder to do, but for most juices, most of the time, imho it is a far better vape. If your ego set-up includes protanks or evods or even novas you could start by recoiling them. Otherwise the cheapest and easiest way to start is probably a dripper like the Igo-L. I think that easily the best rebuildable with a tank is the kayfun, but the genuine article is awful expensive and the clones tend to have problems.
