Ordered 20m of wire and 3m of silica at 1.15pm yesterday, total cost 7 quid. Arrived today, great service.

The spools they use ain't great. Once tape taken off wire can go everywhere if your not careful. I made some nicks in spool with a knife first so had something to 'tie off' on once used. Cheapest I could find though and quick service.

You might use a little more than you wanted, but the wire stays neat and for the price it doesn't matter if you use a few cm more each time.

Yeah, I had a spool with to much on it. As soon as I took the tape off the whole thing went twang! Won't be using them again.

use this wire every day at work we have 12 coils put a elastic band around the reel if you haven't got one ask your postman for 1 we put a 10mm dowel through all of our reels then we attach our reels to two support legs then when we want wire we just pull it no messing about with cuts or tape

I got mine today also,the spools were taped would have been better with slot ect not a massive deal but for the price 10m spool all is well

has anyone else noticed this company rarely sends what you have actually ordered my last order was for 6x10 m different gauge kanthel and 30 m silica I got 1x 10m 2x 20m 1x 25m 3x 50 m and 50m silica so total order 60m kanthel and 30m silica actually received 225m kanthel and 50m silica
