Like Steve (VapeStorm) says, drink plenty of water. If you start to get a headache, you're vaping too much. Otherwise, vape mad and enjoy.

No headaches as yet and I have been smoke free for a week now yey! New eGo 900mah battery and case turned up in the post . Need Thursday to hurry up so I can order shiny things and get some more cheesecake liquid and more flavours . Trouble is am I going to have to buy a lot of mini pro tanks ? Or stick to cheaper ones to test flavours and keep my most used in the pro tank ? Can it be totally stripped so I can wash it and put a new flavour in it ?

They are easily stripped and washed out law, but many of us vape through the flavour change, ie when the tank's just about empty, we stick the new flavour in and away we go. Just need to be careful with very strong flavours like menthol, very hard to get the taste out of any tank, so I have a dedicated menthol tank
