I know they changed their postage rules with all the huff puff about batteries and liquids, but can we now not get regular airmail from them.

I popped stuff in my basket went to check out and was offered only dhl or ems? anyhow whatever it was cheapest option was £14.
I tried adding things removing things, everything, no batteries, no juice, still couldn't get below £14 postage.

Seems that way Sammy . . . HC have been off and on for a while with offering slow boat shipping due to the problems, looks like it's off again.

Keep checking back Sammy, they usually put the cheap postage option back on at some point

I didn't know if it was a website malfunction or something, so I kept trying all weekend, everything from one pack of coils to £80 of stuff, yet the weight or price didn't alter the shipping.
I checked on here and there have been no posts recently about health cabin, so looked further back and couldn't find a mention of it.
Maybe they don't want us brits as customers anymore.

sammy13 HC only use DHL or EMS now. They did offer Hong Kong post, but they were getting too many packets returned by customs they stopped using that postal option.

I had 75% of my orders, (no batteries or e liquid), returned to them for whatever reason best known by the customs staff. HC customer service was very good as all orders were refunded with no issues.

I have asked them about using Singapore post, but heard nothing so fingers crossed they may look for a cheaper postal option.

With HC only having two options is it not cost effect to order from them IMHO.

I have never had a problem with HC, but I have had quite a few orders from them which seemed to get here  faster than fasttech.
As you say though if this is going to be their only postal option then it is not cost effective  at all, especially when the postage time is taken into consideration as well.
 I do hope they re-instate a cheaper method of postage.
The order I was trying to place originally was for £76, lots of different bits and pieces that I would have liked but was in no rush for, so they have now lost that,
it must be affecting them massively.

It's such a shame as well Sammy, Amy and her team had a lot of our business from the Group Buys we used to run on the forum, pre Fasttech days. She looked after us very well.

In same boat here, been long term customer of HC and always good service, but not been able to use them since last October as the postage comes to more than the items I want

If we get as many people as possible to Open A Ticket with HC requesting a cheaper postage option they might take it on board.

I have used Health Cabin on various occasion, not only for the excellent products offered at competitive prices, but the reasonable postal pricing.

Unfortunately I have noticed in the past few months that there are only two postal options currently available, which are DHL and EMS. Both of these do not not make it cost effective to buy from Health Cabin.

Is it possible that additional options like Singapore or Malaysian post could be offered at a much cheaper rate, which would make ordering again cost effective?

China Airmail will be reopened in about one more month when it becomes stable again then. Also we will try our best to add some new shipping methods to serve customers better this year. We are considerring to add "Singapore or Malaysian post" ASAP.
