I like the iClear30S
The other 30 ones are not to my liking.
I'm getting 5 new iClear16s tomorrow as well.

The centre column that holds the head is only a press fit onto the base (you can pull it apart with pliers), maybe it's loose.

Have you checked that the heads are screwed in properly ?

Are they authentic Vision Vivi Nova's jaye12? I still use them a lot and never have any issues with leaking. The copies can be less reliable . . . . .

I use nothing but vivi novas and the only time I've ever had them leak is when I've gotten a fake.
Are the heads pointy or flat?

I make sure the flat part is pointing down and at the bottom of the silicone tube then just push it half way down. It will seat itself when you screw the pot on.

The thing with these type of rebuildables is that there's only 3 ways juice can get into the centre tube (other than obviously by accidentally dripping juice down there as you fill). The first is at the point where the atty head screws onto the centre tube. Check the O ring and make sure it's screwed on tight. The top cap can sometimes catch on the atty head and unscrew the atty a bit as you remove the head, so check that the head is tight each time you take the top cap off. The second is at the point where the top cap presses down on the atty head to make a seal, check that the top cap is screwed on tight. The third is at the point where the wicks exit the centre tube. Check that the little silicone 'top hat' is seated firmly on top of the head to minimise this gap
I hope this helps
