If your MVP is set to watts you shouldn't notice any difference.
For any given voltage, a lower resistance atty will supply more power to the juice. So if your MVP is set to volts, you'll want a lower setting with the 1.8 ohm.

As giles has said, for a given voltage a lower resistance coil will draw more current than a higher resistance coil and will therefore produce more vapour. However, it will also deplete your battery quicker.

Pre Variable voltage/wattage days then coil resistance was more of a factor to get a good vape experience, thesedays with those adavantages, it doesn't really matter as the gents have said jonty1.
