Got two nems form focalecig and cant get mt 18650 bats to fit in it they seem to small for it can anyone shed some light plz.

Generally with flat tops remove the small 3mm ish rings, but with button tops you need the small 3mm ish rings.

Unless you are using a kick module you will also need to remove the smallest of the tube sections (the one about 15 mm long) as well as the little 5mm ring if you are using a flat top battery.

I have had a good faff round with it and have got the bats to fit but now I cant lock it off

Why can't you lock it? Take the kick ring out and unscrew the button I have taken the kick ring out but cant tighten the button to stop it firing. |

Great video Steve, one point though. I wouldn't recommend adjusting the bottom switch contact pin, you should tighten this down hard with a pair of pliers, just a nip so it's tight. If you don't then over tie it's likely to loosen off, fall out and short the bottom of your battery.
