Have to confess I find your mod a tad scary, despite the on/off mechanism :-)

Day 2 - and I've already got fed up with cartridges. Actually it's the filler that is the problem - it works great for the first vape session, after that I have to drag really hard to get the juice out. Also, when I take the cartridge off to check if it's empty, the wool cacthes on the atty and pulls out - bloody messy.
So after a bit of reading around and another smoke2vape video tutorial, I ran down to Pets R Us and got some fish foam.
Hopefully I should get some more enjoyment and less faff...

Are you twisting the cartridges onto the atomizer?? That would cause the filler to catch onto the atty. Just push them straight in.
Also, don't push the filler too hard into the cart. It needs to be packed loosely.

No, I think it is loose ends - the wool is pretty loose anyways, so I guess that's why it comes out so easily.
The fish foam is so porous, it can be compressed enough to make it a fairly tight fit and yet still take plenty of juice.
Testing now, so far so good...

Another reason for the filler sticking to the atties is if you have vaped it too dry.

Hmm, well, those that did come out were pretty damp - damp enough to cover my digits in e-juice when I tried to put them back in (big mistake).
I've tested with a fish foam one, and it drew well for a good 2 and a half hours before fading away, so I guess that's the winner.

I find the Fluval foam much better to use as well Dom, no stray fibres as with the wadding . . . plus it's a easy enough job to rinse it through and pat dry on a piece of kitchen towel when you want to change flavours.

Talking of which, I just took delivery of a pick and mix consignment. Enjoying some mango(ish) vape atm .
