Assuming nicotine max limit is 20mg but you want stronger. There would be a way around this. Ask supplier to sell you 20mg nic in a 100% glycerine base. You then leave to sit for a period of time and the nicotine separates and floats on top. You then remove the appropriate amount of glycerine from the bottom with a syringe, add some water and you have your 36mg AG base nicotine. Tarrrrahhhhh!

I have a feeling they may neglect to regulate concentrates, directing Their efforts only to ready mixed stuff. Sales of home brew ingredients may need to be careful about wording though

Are you also a poet, or are your lines truncated by the device you type on, and just happen to end up a bit rhythmic?

I can't really see how they regulate batteries, mods and atties - but then the EU never ceases to surprise - after all they have rules for the curves of cucumbers and declared carrots as fruit They are just annoyed that a new market is opening or already open and they don't have their fingers in it yet. So I could go and buy freely as much tobacco as I want - no matter if it kills me - but - oh I am only allowed to vape with a 2ml tank - yeah that makes sense NOT - maybe we are lucky and somebody in the EU actually reads this thread

Sales of home brew ingredients may need to be careful about wording though Article 18 gives them literally no legal basis to regulate concentrates - they are just food flavourings - same with PG and VG - thye have uses other than vaping. Nictotine base however is quite another matter
