I'm not sure , I never understand all their waffle, wish the would say things in plain English.

As long as the clearo is smaller than 2ml and the liquid is less than 20mg... yes.

Says in the q & a Yes. However new rules will be put in place so that the product’s safety and quality can be assured. The new rules are designed to ensure equal treatment across the EU for nicotine containing e-cigarettes (products that do not contain nicotine are not covered by the Directive).
E-cigarettes can be disposable (i.e. single use), rechargeable (with a single use cartridge) or refillable (by means of a refill container).

I think you'll find you will only be able to purchase 10ml bottles of 18mg juice.

Thanks toots, I have read so many websites most of which I do not understand since getting home this evening that I am now totally confused.
Is this what has been passed today?
Does this mean that we are safe to say between now and 2016 no change, after 2016 these are the only changes? ( until they hold a new meeting )
To save me more grief, as my pc is now not loading the page correctly, ( internet up and down ) would you mind listing what is now unable to be purchased - looking at in from a general vapers point of view.

Don't worry about it too much yet sammy13. None of this should actually come into effect until 2016, so stop panicking for the time being. Just be aware that changes are on their way and will affect most of us, if not all of us.

Thanks jeffc most of it says this but that etc, and makes it totally confusing, especially when my internet connection keeps going awol for 15 mins, very frustrating.

You won't be able to buy a 30ml bottle, anything over 10ml is banned.
Obviously nothing to stop you buying 3x10ml and decanting it yourself into a bigger bottle, but price might increase based on 10ml being more expensive than larger quantities and the fact that vendors will need a medicines license to order more than 20mg base.
If they are mixing 18mg from 20mg base you aren't going to get good value for money with premixed or DIY.

This is forever or until we can get it over turned in court, it's now EU law.
Only good thing is this isn't instant, member states have until 2016 to implement the law.
That doesn't mean it won't happen till 2016, but that's the latest it can happen.

No 2016 is the latest member states can bring in the new law, it has to be in place by then.
I suspect the EU is more than fine with it being brought in early if member states choose to do so.
