Well unless you can test the atomisers, or get someone to do it for you, it's a bit awkward.
It's certainly not unheard of to get the odd dud battery and most suppliers are prepared for that and will deal with it quickly. But, to get three faulty ones is very rare.
What's not as rare is to get 1 faulty atomiser that then kills mutiple batteries.

Hi river
they are atties with cartons(?) that you fill. I didn't attach the carton to the new atties - just pressed the button and it started flashing.

Just going back to your first post.... The blue light started flashing, so you swapped to the 2nd batterry.... Did you use the 1st atomiser or a new one? Then when you got your replacement kit.... Did you use a new battery AND atomiser or the same (1st atomiser) again? Just trying to narrow it down a bit

I'm sorry I'm just so confused by it all - I didn't know the atties could damage the batteries :-[ and should'nt change them around.

Trying, it's very rare that an attie does damage a battery, but it's even rarer that you get so many faulty batteries. It does sound like you have been very unlucky

I had an atty that broke two of my batteries ...... they acted just like yours are, i attached them and they just flashed at me...put them on charge and they showed green.
i got a new kit and sent the whole damaged kit back and have had no probs with this new set
i think you do have a rogue atty that is damaging the batteries

The blue light on the battery flashes when it needs recharging. You can leave it to recharge overnight if you want to. It's best not to run down the batteries completely before recharging them.

ok thanks
Hi tyefighter but I have 2 kits - should I send them both back and ask for a new one? I think the suppliers have had enough of me.

I think the suppliers have had enough of me. if you know which atty first caused the batteries to fail then that is the one you need to avoid and not use again..... but if you are unsure then i would send them all back so as not to cause any more damage

I agree with Tye.
If you have a battery & atomiser working OK at the moment, then just stick with using that attie for now & send the rest back.
