Not a coil . . . but a shed. It's been sat boxed, in my garage for a couple of months waiting for a nice weekend to construct. As we've got a lovely few days forecast, then today is the day . . . my dog sitting friend is coming round to help me/read instructions, as generally I don't bother with things like that. Could be interesting as we've barely got a knife & fork between us in the way of tools. Though I have 2 hammers, screwdriver and my vaping pliers. Anyhow, we've stocked up with wine and hope to have it done by midday, so we can settle down for a nice drinky. What's everyone else got planned to celebrate some nice weather.

Good luck with the shed Perps! And speaking from experience, try to make sure you've finished the job before you crack open the wine I'm going to spend today doing indoor chores, shopping and visiting Mum in hospital. Tomorrow I will do some gardening and enjoy the weather... they have a Time garden at the hospital and tomorrow, they are going to wheel Mum's bed down there so she can spend some time outside, she's really looking forward to it, so I'm going to try to coincide my visit

Good luck Perps photos of you sitting in your shed vaping with a glass of wine in hand please.
I will be working, then hoping to tidy up my front jungle. If my lawn mower if still working after the shed roof leaked badly over the winter.

I'll probably be rewicking this stack of Evod heads that have built up over the year.

Fixed that for you Perps, especially if you open the wine first If you are going to start "Lady modding in a shed", put me on the list. 1) greigster

Pics or it didn't happen. In fact, step by step pics. A guide of sorts so we can laugh at your mistakes learn from your expertise. If you're able to keep the wine at bay until the job's done, you're a better woman than me. Have fun!

I've got an 8' x 11' shed to put up which has lay covered in my garden over a year. Unfortunately I have to put a flat concrete base down and can't muster up the energy LOL

This I've got to see Perpetua.......it's the actual erecting process I want pictures of.......a hammer in one hand & a glass of plonk in the other.......a sure recipe for disaster......"completed by midday!!!!!"......rather premature I'd say, although you haven't actually stated which day..........

I really do hope you have seen sense, and just opened the wine. Think of the poor old shed.
Just leave it be - nice and warm and cosy and snug in its box. What's it ever done to you, to be hit with hammers &screwdrivers ?
Good luck, and enjoy the wine!

Good luck, Perpetua, with those few tools, you may need it! You should have plenty of laughs through the cussing though! I will warm my bones in the conservatory, then watch the rugby later, whilst looking out at the sun.
