I got my car license when I was 17, even though I could have gotten it when I was 16. I got my motorcycle license when I was 21. A license is a necessity, but I hate driving. I love "two wheeling" though. I wish i could have one but i don't think all the other drivers would like me on the roads

LOL, Bel. I would be a menace on the UK roads too, drivers controls on the right hand side, driving on the left side of the road. I could probably quickly adapt to one or the other, but it would take a while for me to adapt to both !!!

Pmsl it's left hand cars that look really weird to me Im sure when you do come over here you will be fine or you could take the bus, if you didn't mind waiting forever for one to turn up

I could probably quickly adapt to one or the other, but it would take a while for me to adapt to both !!! you'll be suprised Jerry you'll adapt quicker than you think ...i did when i drove in the states.... but one thing my american friends have commented on is our tiny roads and how fast we drive... but on the plus point we Brits are very courteous and considerate apparently

I'll have my Mustang shipped over there. I wonder if I would get stopped, for using Rhode Island license plates. lol.
