It sure is, i told him that today, thou he's at uni so i doubt he can really afford to run a car. He's trying to talk Steve in letting him use his car That won't be happening. |

I passed my test at 17 & didn't actually drive another car until I was about 22. Once you have a license it's for life |

I got my car license when I was 17, even though I could have gotten it when I was 16. I got my motorcycle license when I was 21. A license is a necessity, but I hate driving. I love "two wheeling" though.
