I asked for some advice about my first mechanical mod in the general board, I had prompt replies and much help and reassurance. I have just received the Efest 14650 batteries so thought I'd post a pic, am now enjoying an espresso and a quick vape on this: El Toro Guevara in the Spheriod. Extremely pleased with my purchase.

That's an awesome mech for a first one. You do realise you've ruined any future vape purchases you make? Nothing will live up to it. Excellent choice. Gorgeous kit

If you slacken the switch off in the nemmy then unscrew the top pin to allow your atty to sit flush, tighten the top pin again till it contacts the atty, then adjust your switch to take out battery rattle it will get rid of the gap. Not sure that even makes sense to me

Me? Jealous? No. Not a bit. Ok, a little. Ok, I have some envy. Ok, I want it. Ok, I'm getting my credit card out right now... Seriously, that is a beautiful combination, I hope it brings you much joy. And if it doesn't, you know where to send it!

Not sure that even makes sense to me Yep that makes perfect sense. Unfortunately the only drawback of the Spheriod on it (except for not being 17mm) is the air intake on the side. Screwing down flush blocks it off and there are no channels in the Nemi. In fact even screwed flush there is still a very slight gap as the brass piece on the Nemi connector is slightly proud of the air adjustment ring. I have it slacked off about 1/8th of a turn and that is enough to get a normal draw from the Spheroid. Down tight there is a paper thick gap, to work with a good draw it's 2 pieces of paper. Hope i explained that in a coherent way

The nemmy has air holes, you need to twist the top to line them up, it's stiff though.

Very nice, cannot go wrong with a Nemesis and Spheroid, it's all i use now I think I know why, Ive had a very contented afternoon vaping on it. Regarding the air holes on the Nemi, they have no effect when used with a Spheriod. Excuse the quality of the pics but i think they show what I want to. The brass ridge stands slightly proud of the air control ring, so even when with the Spheriod right on to this there is a visible gap. The air inlet of the Spheriod is as shown, so air through the Nemi ring (two holes) has to pass up the threads to enter, which it doesn't. Four or five air channels filed into the brass ridge would do the trick but I'll wait a year or two untill I do that I know I'm going to enjoy using this setup. Thanks for all the positive comments

The air holes on the nemi should go right through to the 510 threading giving air to any devices that get their air that way. The spiny bit just lines up the holes in the top cap and 510

The spiny bit just lines up the holes in the top cap and 510 They do as you say but have no effect on the draw of a Spheriod. I did know this as it's mentioned in this review: www.toddsreviews.com/2014/01/nemi-nemesis-mod-by-atmomixani.html

Ah ok. I just assumed it would work with the spheroid and thought maybe yours was too tight to turn. Mine was stuck when I got it so wondered if yours mint have been the same

Lovely looking mod BTW.
