Will you be taking in any lodgers Will be a cold day in hell before I go posh Any lodgers will need to sleep in the bath although on a serious note, another great selling point of this place is that although we all live in our own independent flats and maisonettes, they have guest room facilities that you can book if you want friends or relatives over to stay the night which I think is a fantastic idea.

Blownupdolly I will be booking in the summer if your really cheap and provide quality meals. i am really pleased that you have got something like this with all the uncertainty that you have dealt with. You will have to get Perpetua to build you a shed for Mr Dolly.

It certainly solves problems. Obviously having only one bedrooms creates issues for having people come visit from afar. They also have two newly built sun room conservatories and a lounge for gatherings or visitors so you don't have to have people cluttering up your place if you don't want to. Also, you have a choice as to whether you have your own washing/tumble dryer or, you can use theirs on site!

Might have them hidden around the back. I do hope so. I won't have anywhere to lock him away when he's been naughty!

I have it on good authority, that the crowd in the picture is actually a 'protest' meeting when the locals heard of your reputation. Seriously, hope all goes well tomorrow Blownupdolly

I stayed in a "guest studio" at a friend's mums sheltered accommodation in Worcester. It's a great idea, I had to pay a nominal fee(I think £8) and I got my own studio flat. It allowed me to be close by for my friend's mum(it was his funeral) rather than staying 2 miles away. With the looks of your riverside location you'll be able to rent it out as holiday accommodation, Essex Riviera anyone. I hope all goes well tomorrow.

find out if pub allows camping !!!!! There's woods between our place and the river bank. You could camp in there! I'm going window shopping with MR D in a mo. Looking for all the things I can (and can't ) afford for new place. We have juggled the budget and reckon we could muster a new sofa if there's a sale on. There usually is! Plus I want new kettle, toaster and the aforementioned coffee machine. I think thats more than enough to push my luck on for now. Depending if we see a sofa we like or not. We will buy it this weekend after viewing the property, ready for delivery around the time we move hopefully!
