Maintaining weight is my problem

It took me 5 years atter quitting smoking to get up to my 'ideal' weight. I loved having boob cleavage and love handles (not so keen on the muffin top tho').

It took less than 5 months to lose 13kg and I'm backing to wearing 'this side up' on my front >

If it's a weight one I don't care how long it takes me to lose the 'quitting smoking' weight as long as I can stick to my calorie range without throwing up...(with low blood sugar)...

I'm on AD's and they make you carb and sugar junkies....Everyone I know puts on weight on them. :eek:

While I've been enjoying the visual and vaping delights of a sexy shiny ProVari which arrived securely and lovingly wrapped this morning, Aldo has got nowt out of this transaction, other than my blood oath that I will ONLY use AW18650 or AW the smaller batteries that he charged before packing them with the ProVari. Doesn't seem at all equitable

Your not alone Jo when it come to gaining weight because of those poorly brain pills. What makes it worse (for me), is I'm a veggie, so can't even eat all those weight gaining takeaways & other foodstuffs.
