Hi Guys, My first year vaping anniversary is coming up in a few weeks time and I feel that I have earned a little reward. I am thinking of buying a Provari mini (the black with blue led really appeals) for several reasons: (1) I want a regulated mod. (2) I want top build quality and a decent warranty. (3) I want a non-telescopic mod that can take 18350 and 18490 (with extension battery cap) ... I am not a fan of the light sabre 18650 look. So, all you Provari owners out there ... is it worth the considerable price, with extension battery cap, of £200 or thereabouts and if you could go back in time would you do it again? TIA

My answer will always be yes, though I don't really get into the defending the Provari price tag debates . . . regardless of the purchase, if you fancy treating yourself without going into debt, then do it.

Thanks Perps, I loved the look of my Evic but always felt that it was a bit too fragile and lightweight even with the Siam Mods SS battery tubes and all the reviews that I have watched and read of the Provari mention the solid build quality ... that is what I want, something that feels sturdy and indestructible.

In 18350 mode it is the same size as the Provari in 18490 mode.

Forgive my early morning manners @yinyang . . . congratulations on your approaching milestone. More as an aside, I know that my Provari's will outlast every other single device I've ever bought and whilst they are not a VW device ( which isn't important to me ) that's what keeps me a fan of them.

Thanks m'dear. When I had the MVP v1 (God that seems like a life time ago) I just set my voltage by adding 2 to my atty resistance ... it always works out about 8 - 8.5 watts which suits me just fine so vv only would be no big deal for me.

TIA IMO it is, mine sits in my Vaping Stand un-used BUT that's because it's my Armageddon Device, I do occasionally take it out for a blast but only once a month or so.

Bought the mini last month and its all I use now. Top quality. I also bought the twins extension from atmistique so I can use 18650s at home. Go for it if you have the cash, you won't be disappointed.

TIA I'm going to have to go against the grain here and say no, I wouldn't buy another one. As an indication, I sold my provari 2.5 within a week of buying it. main things I didn't like was the menu and the button. Wasn't bowled over by it's power delivery either. Both the dicodes dani and dna20 board give a much smoother vape.

I know it sounds stupid, but I am looking for a change from the all stainless steel look that the Dicodes and Semovar would have .. it has to be the black Provari Mini with blue led or nothing.
