I am going to be ordering some stuff off Fasttech soon and i am not current on what are the better quality items.
Going to order
Kayfun Lite clone, anyone order one recently or know of a good quality one? Stingray polished brass clone Either a Mixed Nemisis clone or a Caravela clone Some 18650 batteries Assorted drip tips Some clear middle tank sections for a kayfun Ohm meter
Whats the situation now regarding batteries? Also anyone got some recommendations on other stuff but of a decent quality?

I have not bought batteries from FT for over 6 months. However, people seem to be getting them through. I suppose the question is "what happens if they don't?" and that is an answer I'd like to hear. Looks a nice selection of stuff though..

Batteries are sent via Malaysia post jcol . . . my order which contained some was dispatched on the 25th Feb and was delivered one day last week, Wednesday I think. Not too shabby I thought.

I've ordered a fair bit from Fasttech and to be honest, Todd's Shed (as in reviews) does a very appropriate thing when it replaces "FT" and "Fasttech" with "The Lucky Bag Shop". Some of the stuff has been brilliant (backup SVD for when things go utterly pear-shaped, Trident clone(s), Flush Cutters, Little flower shaped perspex mod holder) to horrible rubbish (early purchase of protank clones, protank heads, soft screws and badly anodised base on the Squape-of-legendary-badness, Nemesis magnets) ... Haven't had anything go missing and variable lead time is, err, to be expected. Don't look at review stars: Only a small portion (just enough to be believable) are published - instead, look at the discussions and always (he says, err) let some of the product be received by customers and read the discussions (which don't appear to be moderated). Bottom line with FT is that you're always taking a bit of a gamble but I reckon the odds are stacked in your favour (unlike most forms of gambling, which is oft a tax on bad math and hope). Oh - some apparently poor products can be fixed with just a little intervention on your part (soft alloy screws, for instance - replace them, or find appropriate o'rings). Regarding the Nemesis - if you can't afford / find an original, go for the Hcigar version - you can pick one up in the UK for ~£30 and get it in a couple of days - that's the difference of perhaps a month and a couple of packets of fags.

Yeah I've had a similar experience to tomj, ordered quite a few things, most have been pretty good, had one piece of crap atty, which I've never used. I've bought a few mods from there, sentinel clones, not the best in the world but at 8 quid a piece you can't grumble really; pretty solid I've been using them for a while, wouldn't exactly say they're top quality but very good value for money and work great.
No idea what their Kayfuns are like though, can't say.

Got my batteries sent by Malaysia post no problems, although I live in Thailand. I have to agree with some comments though, it's kind of a lucky draw with some of the clone stuff they sell, it can be good, ok or bad.. The way I see it though is that FT don't actually sit there and make these clones, they put them up for sale and sell them, it's the 'maker' 'manufacturer' who sits and makes them....so it can't all be FT's fault....

Took delivery of one of these at the weekend, and I'm delighted with it TBH. Cost £14 and it is leak-free, whistle-free and hassle-free. Would definitely buy another one tomorrow if I needed one, but I only have one mouth
