Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and my name is Nicole so just a quick introduction. I used to be a fairly active tobacco smoker back in days but switched to e-cigs more than a year ago. Exactly my thoughts, we're not getting any younger so need to look after ourselves. The reality is, the older you get the more you start appreciating your health. E-cigs have helped me but I am still leaning towards even more healthier lifestyle so who knows, maybe I'll manage to cut off completely this year.  Thanks djs |
